Clara Lee's Waffles

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs – separated
1 ¾ C flour
2 t baking powder
½ t salt
1 ½ C sour milk
1 t soda
½ C oil

DIRECTIONS
Beat egg whites and set aside. Mix rest of ingredients with an electric hand mixer. Add egg whites and mix with a wooden spoon. Pour onto hot waffle iron and enjoy!
