Dip
chicken chunks or tenders in egg and toss w/ flour
Fry
in oil until crisp and brown and place in glass baking dish
Sauce-
1
cup sugar
½
cup vinegar
3 tsp.
soy sauce
3
tsp. water
Pour
½ sauce over chicken and bake for 20 minutes @ 350 – turn chicken over and
cover w/ remaining sauce- cook 25 more minutes
