Chris' White Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken or turkey breasts
4 1/2 cups cooked Great Northern beans (I just use the can beans)
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups Thick & Chunky salsa
1 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
Cook and shred or cube the chicken or turkey breast, set aside. In a large saucepan, mix together the beans, broth and salsa. Heat through. Stir in meat and cheese. Serve hot.
Makes about 8 (1-cup) servings.
