Mona's Ranch Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese at room temp
2c grated cheese (your choice)
2 heaping T mayo
pkg Ranch dressing mix

DIRECTIONS
With cream cheese softened add grated cheese, mayo and mix. Add Ranch dressing to taste. Roll into ball and garnish with parsley and/or almond slices. Serve with crackers.

Starla's Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened  
1/2 cup butter, softened  
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar  
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips  
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans 
Graham crackers

DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball (about 2 cups).

Kim's Four Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients:
1 16 ounce package of elbow macaroni
1 cube of butter
1/2 cup shredded muenster cheese
1/2 cup shredded Medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup x-tra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cup of half and half
8 ounces of cubed velveeta processed cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
 
Directions:
1- Boil the pasta, drain and pour into a lightly greased 2 1/2 quart deep baking dish. Melt 1 cube (8tbls) butter and pour over the pasta.
2- In a large bowl combine the meunster, both cheddars and the jack cheese. Mix well
3- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
4- Add the 1/2 and 1/2, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese mixture, the velveeta, eggs and salt and pepper. sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese mixture. I always add just a little more cheese on top.
5- Bake for 15 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.

Paula's Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
1 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup crushed soda crackers
1/2 cup mayo
1 boiled egg

2Tablespoons of each:
dill pickle
onion
bell peppers (variety of colors makes it more festive)
green olives with pimento

DIRECTIONS
•chop fine
•mix together
•roll in walnuts
•chill
