Ingredients:
1 16 ounce package of elbow macaroni
1 cube of butter
1/2 cup shredded muenster cheese
1/2 cup shredded Medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup x-tra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cup of half and half
8 ounces of cubed velveeta processed cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
Directions:

Boil the pasta, drain and pour into a lightly greased 2 1/2 quart deep
baking dish. Melt 1 cube (8tbls) butter and pour over the pasta.
2- In a large bowl combine
the meunster, both cheddars and the jack cheese. Mix well
3- Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Add the 1/2 and 1/2, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese mixture, the velveeta,
eggs and salt and pepper. sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese
mixture. I always add just a little more cheese on top.
5- Bake for 15 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.
