Merilee's Apricot Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 20 oz. jar apricot jam (pineapple apricot also works great)
1 bottle Russian, French or Catalina dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
4  lbs. chicken breasts
 
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 3 ingredients.  Pour over chicken in a 9x13" pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Serve over rice.
