Merilee's Breakfast Burrito and Beyond

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups canned black beans
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
2 eggs
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients except beans and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight. Spray frying pan and cook mixture - breaking it up as you stir.  Drain beans and mix in - cook 2-3 more minutes.  
Optional add-ins: cheese, salsa, guacamole, lime juice ...
