INGREDIENTS
4-6 chicken breasts ( more if
wanted)
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 16 oz. bottle salsa
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in crock pot. Put remaining ingredients on top and cook on low 4-6 hours.
Shred chicken when done and serve on warm tortillas.
(Also good without onions and peppers - and faster!)
