Merilee's Sweet Shredded Pork

INGREDIENTS
5 lb. Boston butt pork roast
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
2 fresh garlic bulbs, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
 
DIRECTIONS
Place roast in 9x13" pan and cover with aluminum foil.  Bake at 325 for 5 to 6 hours.  Take out of oven and shred pork. In a saucepan combine remaining ingredients and cook until the sugar is dissolved.  Pour over pork and serve over rice.
