Merilee's Zucchini Pie

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Bisquik
1 cup milk
4 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
 
DIRECTIONS
Spray 9x13 pan. Mix Bisquik and milk and spread in bottom of pan.  Cook zucchini, onion and seasoning in margarine until cooked through.  Stir in eggs and cheese.  Pour over Bisquik.  Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
