INGREDIENTS
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans mexicorn
2c milk
2 cans shredded chicken
2 cans chicken broth
1 can black beans (drained)
16oz velveeta
1 can enchilada sauce (whichever spice)
Top w/cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips (I bought the brand Texas Toast, Chilli Lime Tortilla Strips - way good)
Note: careful, the cheese and milk burn easily if on the stove. Great in a crock pot.
