Given to me from a friend in another ward
INGREDIENTS
8 - 12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/4 can 7-up
Jar of apricot jam
DIRECTIONS
Brown chicken in dutch oven in oil or butter.
Mix
together dressing, soup mix and jam. Add 1/4 can 7-up (approx). Add
more if you want thinner sauce. Simmer in dutch oven 20 - 30 minutes.
