Sherry's Gluten free biscuits

INGREDIENTS
1/3 C shortening
1/2 C potato starch
3/4 C cornstarch
1 3/4 t Zanthan gum
1 T baking powder
1/4 t soda
1 T sugar
3/4 C milk
1/2 t salt

DIRECTIONS
Blend ingredients.  Roll out dough on cornstarched surface - 1/2 inch thick.  Cut out biscuits.  Place on greased baking sheet.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
