2 sticks of butter
4 squares unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
3 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp + dash vanilla
Directions
Melt 2 sticks of butter and 4 squares unsweetened Bakers Chocolate together over low heat.
Gradually add sugar. Mixture will be grainy. Add evaporated milk. Heat through until all sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla.

sticks real butter
Melt
and add 3 cups sugar slowly (Will be thick and grainy)
Stirring
constantly over medium heat, SLOWLY add 12 oz. can of evaporated milk, ½ tsp.
vanilla, and a dash of salt, and heat (don’t boil) until sugar is dissolved.
